F12可以看到，问题原因是等待加载https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Nunito:wght@400;600;700&display=swap导致的
由于众所周知的原因fonts.googleapis.com域名可能在部分地区存在DNS污染的情况，所以，解决起来也很简单，
文件修改路径 /resources/views/layouts/guest.blade.php 第13行
https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Nunito:wght@400;600;700&display=swap
替换烧饼的Google Fonts加速服务 https://fonts.loli.net/css2?family=Nunito:wght@400;600;700&display=swap
